Is this learning format right for me?
This course is right for if you are refreshing your knowledge or if you are practising the pronunciation and conversation with a live tutor. This course has a main focus on grammar and spelling, combined with some listening exercises. It does not, however, check or train your pronunciation.
Can I take an assement test with Lingwell prior to subscribing?
No. Unfortunately, we do not offer language assessment tests. However, there are lots of free assessment test online which are very reliable. If you are unsure about your level, you can also ask your tutor, who should be able to provide you with this information.
Do I have to download and install software?
No. All you need is access to the Internet.However, to do the exercises you must enable JavaScript.
Do I need Internet access?
Yes. Our learning tool is only accessible whilst you are online.
Can I do the exercises on a mobile device?
Yes. You should be able to do the exercises on a smart phone or tablet. However, should you have difficulties, please provide us with feedback by stating the name of your device so we can take appropriate action.
How do I subscribe?
You subscribe to a course by clicking the SUBSCRIBE buttton. You will then be directed to the checkout.
How do I unsubscribe?
You have two options to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE button in your LingWell account. If you paid via PayPal, you can also unsubscribe from your PayPal account.
What personal information do I have to provide upon subscription?
You have to provide us with your email address and your payment details.
Will my personal information be sold to or shared with third parties?
No. Your personal information is used by Lingwell for internal purposes only. We do not sell or distribute your personal information to third parties.
What happens if I can't pay for the subscription?
Should the funds not be cleared from your Paypal or debit/credit card account, we will cancel your subscription and notify you via email. If there are no remaining active subscriptions, your account will be closed.
Can I buy multiple products at a time?
No. If you wish to buy 2 separate lessons, you have to make two separate purchases.
